My work bridges the gap between traditional strength training and women’s health. I specialize in evidence-based training designed to improve bone density, build muscle, and restore healthy pelvic floor and core function through proper alignment, breathing mechanics, and progressive strength programming.

The pelvic floor plays a critical role in how the body stabilizes, moves, and generates strength. Many women live with chronic tension, poor pressure management, or pelvic floor dysfunction without realizing it: often contributing to symptoms such as back pain, bloating, poor posture, and difficulty building true core strength. By integrating pelvic floor awareness with breath mechanics and intelligent strength training, I help women rebuild strength from the inside out.

Because true health goes beyond exercise alone, I also collaborate with trusted medical professionals who support my clients through advanced testing, blood work, gut health analysis, and hormone evaluation when appropriate. This collaborative approach allows women to better understand what is happening inside their bodies so we can combine strength training, lifestyle changes, and medical insight to produce more meaningful and lasting results.
