Hi, I’m Coach Bridget…
I am a Women’s Strength Specialist. I help women with bone density and pelvic floor challenges regain strength and control through specialized strength training.
My work bridges the gap between fitness and women’s health. I don’t just focus on workouts: I teach women how their bodies actually function. Through breath mechanics, pressure management, and intelligent strength programming, I help clients build real strength without reinforcing the patterns that lead to pain, tension, or disconnection.
A core part of my approach is building healthy skeletal muscle because muscle is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health. It supports bone density, improves metabolism, and plays a major role in reducing the risk of chronic disease and injury. For women, this becomes even more important as we age, when natural declines in muscle and bone increase the risk of osteoporosis and loss of strength.
Strength training, when done correctly, is one of the most effective ways to rebuild both.
My approach is shaped by years of coaching and my own experience with pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic tension. I understand what it feels like to be disconnected from your body—working out consistently, yet still feeling tight or in pain. That experience drives how I coach today.
Because real results require more than exercise alone, I also collaborate with trusted medical professionals to support clients through blood work, hormone health, and gut testing when needed—addressing both the internal and external factors impacting strength and long-term health.
This is not traditional training.

We start by rebuilding the foundation of your body—your breath, pelvic floor, posture, and core stability. When your foundation works properly, pain decreases, pressure improves, and your body can finally build real strength.

Strength training is the most powerful tool for improving bone density, building muscle, and restoring confidence in your body. We focus on progressive, evidence-based training that strengthens both your muscles and the bones that support them.
